At KUXBHI, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if you receive:

- A damaged product

- A defective product

- A wrong product

- A product with a manufacturing issue

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

2. Return Request

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos showing the issue.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

3. Quality Check

Once your return request is received, our team may review the provided photographs/videos and, where required, inspect the returned product.

A return or refund will be approved only after the product meets the applicable return conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted for:

- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

- Damage caused by improper use or care

- Normal wear and tear

- Products returned without original tags or packaging

- Change of mind, unless specifically mentioned as eligible for return on the product page

5. Refunds

If your return is approved, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or another available method, as applicable.

Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.

6. Exchanges

If an exchange is available for the product, it may be offered subject to stock availability and the applicable eligibility requirements.

7. Return Shipping

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by KUXBHI, we may arrange or reimburse the applicable return shipping cost, subject to verification.

For other return requests, return shipping charges may apply.

8. Cancellation

Order cancellation requests should be made before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
